Sturdy fabric and nice anchoring hardware. The hardware was easy to install into a concrete floor covered with ceramic tiles. It would be helpful to define the distance of the mounting anchors from the cover edge to maintain optimal tension. It would be nice to have an option to buy the support poles.

This is a great set for new users. We already had a cover and this fit perfectly. I like that it came with everything to install. Only reason I marked down was that one attachment was missing the end cap and I never got a replacement. I also was frustrated by the sizes. The size mentioned online is different than the actual size which is quite confusing and frustrating. Be sure to read the dimensions on the photos and details rather than just the size on item itself. It was tough to adjust the length of toe downs and we had to twist them with slipknot to hold the position. The material is good not as great as my old one,. But I'm still pleased overall.

Great price, the cover has held up but the metal springs keep breaking. Decor has been good to work with replacing them .

Seems to be of good quality. Hasn’t fallen in or ripped, even though our 3 dogs lay on it to nap quite often.

Very happy with the product so far ( I’ve only had for 2 months). One odd thing though, the pool cover came with 26 anchors and 26 springs, which is what is advertised for the 18 x 36 cover. However, there’s actually 28 straps on a 18 x 36 cover, so 2 corner straps remain loose.

It did not have the extra length it said so my layout did not work and had to be redone. This caused a lot of extra time. It is in place and we love it so far.

Great pool cover. It is nice and sturdy. I really like the included pins to install it into my deck. They are really nicely constructed and prevent stubbing your toes when not in use. My only concern is the eyelets around the outside. They appear to be rusting a bit already so I've given them a spritz of clear coat to help protect the wear and tear, but otherwise you cannot go wrong for the price. I have a 15ft diameter pool but I've built a deck around it and I needed a larger span of coverage. I like having some overhang and it has definitely held the weight of my dog on top without concern.

Service was good ,It is Look Good Material, but i did not use it in place yet , because i need it for winter I wiil wait and see Thanks

Ordered on Nov 21 st 23 for 380.99 Within hours of submitting my order price was reduced to 308.99 I contacted customer service as I felt I should get a credit as I had not even received the cover yet I was surprised when the service person told me that i would have to return the cover and reorder it at the reduced price in order to get the credit, This made absolutely no sense to me ,so i did not return it I am still upset about it and feel that Vevor needs to readress this part of there customer service.
