I was unaware of the number of connection points the cover has one less per side compared to the original unit. As shown in the photo i had to drill new holes and install a new set of anchors. I suggest I'd replacing an old unit check the number of fasteners between the units. Otherwise the cover appears to be a good choice.

Like the product. Takes awhile to install. Need more then 2 people to help you. After installed like 30mins to take off and re install Good solid product

Over all the quality for price was good. The only issue was the cover is not the same size as purchased or labeled. I ordered a 16x32, 18x34 was the actual measurement. The problem is I may not have enough adjustment to keep it from sagging into the pool as it stretches. I installed the brass pins as far out as possible on the 40 inch concrete slab surrounding the pool. I believe it will still do the job. This winter will be the real test.

most of the caps at the end of the straps have pulled off and the strap threading is unraveling. i do not think cover will hold up. But was cheaper than the original which lasted 22 years

Just bought it and out of the box several of the metal caps on the end of the straps were missing and a couple more fell off while installing it. If I didn't absolutely need to get the cover on I would return it. This means the straps will frey and the life of the product will be deminished. By how much, who knows. Generally love Vevor stuff. First thing that rubbed me wrong.

Cover seems well made but customer service is terrible. Takes days to respond and to return you need to upload pictures to show the issue. Doesn’t work well with a mis-shaped pool unless you were to go very large. Didn’t return because of the issues with Vevor. Do not suggest purchasing from Vevor unless you don’t care about wasting the $ if it doesn’t work out.

I have just opened the box and installed the pool cover. I’m very disappointed. Compared to your instruction booklet you clearly have NOT-followed the same standards. You don’t have enough ties on the ends as your instructions suggest. Also at the stairway it looks like you patched it!!! I absolutely wish I could return for refund. But I’ve paid someone to install so let’s see what winter brings. Maybe the snow will just tear off:( I will not recommend it.

The image is of a right step but the description says left. I thought maybe the AI images were wrong but nope, they sent a right step. Doesn’t fit my pool and I have no cover this winter.

Very unhappy with this purchase. The material is very very thin . The springs leave a gap between the ground and the connection point which is a tripping hazard. Please contact me to discuss.
