Habe den Laser samt Chiller gekauft , Lieferung war super schnell und zuverlässig. Da ich leider ein Kaputtes netzteil hatte was die Röhre leider mit kaputt gemacht hat , habe ich An den Kundenservice geschrieben und habe super schnelle Rückmeldung bekommen und mein Problem wurde sich sofort angenommen und ohne zu zögern hatte ich die Passenden Ersatzteile zugesendet bekommen , also der Service ist ausnahmslos Tip Top.

Overall very happy with this product, my first CO2 laser. You will need to check levels and adjustments, it is not a plug and play item. Had to adjust the bed level at which point the gear cog on the drive motor fell off, just wasn't tightened onto the shaft… Currently upgrading assorted accessories on this later. Excellent value for money arrived via Palletline on a very large pallet.

I'm very pleased with my laser cutter. It does what I want it to do. The only downside was everything was in Chinese on the disc. So I researched you tube and learnt how to use it on there.

Arrived well packaged, although this item need upgrades it's a great starter machine reasonably priced. Although not ready to use straight out of the box if you are willing to dedicate time to learning your way around the machine it is great.

Recived this unit several months ago, so far it's been a brilliant piece of kit. I would recommend it as 5 star machine.

Great machine. Delivery took about a week, and it worked straight out of the box. All the mirrors came aligned. Cuts great into acrylic and plywood.It's recommended to get an air assist when cutting plywood to keep flaring to a minimum so you'll get nicer cleaner cuts.
