Have not used this yet but in doing a dry run it looks like this will speed up sausage making. I like the fact that it has two "speeds". It can push out sausage meat faster at the turn of the crank by making a quick adjustment.

First time used made breakfast sausages worked great, very happy with the machine. You may need to clamp it to the table but other than that it worked great
