This is an excellently made heavy duty framed awning kit with extras. The installation booklet that came with it could use some help, but I watched the install videos on some of the other awnings on Amazon and got the information I needed to get the job done. I think most of the awnings on Amazon are made by the same Chinese factory. They mostly seem to use the same installation video. It definitely takes 2 people to install this. I noticed on their listing that it says the side rails are only 5'7\" tall. That concerned me but I determined that dimension was when it was folded up. The side rails actually go up to almost 9 feet. I would buy another one of these if I needed one.
