Good awning wasn't bad to install other than the lag bolts that come with it are very soft and snap easy had to grab some other bolts

The instructions could be better explain as it didn't show how to install awning, center bracket etc how far apart were we to drill holes for the rail etc. The instruction were vague.
My husband doesn't know how to scan the barcode for more instructions kinda hard when you're trying to go step by step reading the book. Should include all the steps in book would make it a lot easier when putting it together

My wife and I were able to easily assemble and install this awning system on our Skoolie. The parts seem to be as sturdy (or heavy duty) as our other OEM awning on a previous class C. Installation was straight forward. The video links helped as the instructions were okay, but not great. I was happily surprised at the quality and weight of the awning material itself. I would definitely recommend this awning system to a friend.

Bought this for my enclosed trailer, very good quality and built well. The only thing bad I can say is the instructions or lack there of and the QR video not helpful.
Make sure you measure everything as the instructions only provide for the awning and not the drop for the arm positions. The video shows being everything being a direct replacement with holes already in mounting are.
I would provide pics but to much to deal with there sizing requirements

The product itself is nice. The instruction manual and video are horrible. No measurements and failure to even specify right side up on some parts. I had to mock entire unit up on the ground to get measurements. Watched better video from competitor, Kohree. Took an entire week to install.
