Pros: Sturdy build, will work off a 10 amp breaker, does cure plastisol, a HUGE improvement over a heat gun to flash and a heat press to cure!
Cons: The heating element is NOT centered in the open flash area, the mesh covering the heating elements dips down and the plastic wheeled rollers are just shy from garbage.
Things to watch out for: Drafts will effect proper temperature thresholds, monitor the cure temps. I put penciled lines on the front of mine to show where the heating element is because it is off center and reflects to the placement of what you are curing. Wish I could have gotten a larger unit but for the time being my electrical will not handle it. For larger designs I cure half then rotate and cure the other half. Still better than a dang heat gun to flash and then a heat press to cure. About 3 inches from the heating elements it takes 11 to 13 seconds for a plastisol cure. I use it stationary with a rolling table and a timer.
Would I buy it again: Absolutely!!! Worth every penny!!! It's not perfect but it's a huge step forward for me! If you are on the fence just go for it. I was riding the fence for so long then I just decided well screw it. I'm gonna try. So glad I did!!
