Very good capacity even with divided trays-- held 6lb of crab, curry for 15 servings, with good warming capability --only drawback is when you insert a pre lit citronella candle there's not enough clearance between the top of the candle and the bottom of the hot water dish ... and it snuffs the flame out ! ... you have to lift the water dish to light the candle ... quarter inch more clearan e would be perfect. Great product all around.

Very nice and classy, just be careful when putting up the legs they are pretty sharp scratched my table a bit but i placed placemats under. Over all happy with it
