Want to Return but customer service seems to bei useless. Nat answering in time and Not understanding the customers need. Be careful. Onwill warn everyone in all platforms i know.

Matériel qualitatif, facile a installer, très bon débit. Par contre l’équilibrage du rotor en plastique est catastrophique et cela génère beaucoup de vibrations, provoquant beaucoup de bruit. Inutilisable sans rééquilibrer le rotor (avis aux bricoleurs créatifs qui sont prêt à faire sauter la garantie) ou monter l’ensemble sur des supports amortisseurs. Les vibrations vont clairement diminuer la durée de vie de l’appareil. C’est vraiment dommage sinon j’aurais acheté le modèle en 200mm pour ventiler d’autres pièces de ma maison. Mais je pense que je vais me diriger vers une marque réputée de la VMC pour des applications plus pérennes.

Zuerst war er flüster leise, nach vier Wochen Dauerbetrieb heult das Lager bereits, ich geb dem Ding noch maximal sechs Wochen dann ist der hin. Die 350m3 zweifel ich auch stark an, für die Werkstatt evtl brauchbar, für die Growbox in der Wohnung absolut nicht.

Noisy unit. Bought 3 of them. All three make a humming noise. It’s a bit irritating. Will not be buying again unfortunately.

Circuit imprimé grillé au bout d'un mois. SAV long à répondre Il a fallut que ce soit moi qui démonte d'après leur instructions pour le diagnostique. Produit sous garanti aucun échange possible mais envoi du circuit imprimé avec délai de livraison estimé est de 10 à 15 jours. A moi de me débrouiller pour changer la carte avec des connectiques scellées à la colle !!! Je n'ai pas le choix si je veux un jour réutiliser ce matériel. Dommage dernière commande chez VEVOR

Bought this in June 2025 and installed in August. Now a year later, its grinding and squeaking. Took it down and the bearings are trashed and its 2 months out of warranty. Save your money and buy something built better than this.

I never got it!

Jeg kan ikke skrive noe om denne varen fordi jeg ikke har mottatt den ennå, jeg har ventet i en måned nå.

I purchased this fan for use in my greenhouse, and was initially very happy with it, but within a week of it being installed, the controller and temperature sensor stopped working. I have tried repeatedly to get any resolution from VEVOR either via replacement parts of a refund, so far to no avail. It has been over two weeks with no real response from the technical department, and no resolution. I just keep getting automated messages that someone is maybe looking into it and might get back to me someday. VEVOR apparently does not have any customer service phone number and there is no way to talk directly to their technical department via phone, email or chat. I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated. I will certainly avoid purchasing from VEVOR in the future.
