Bought two 96" shop fans. When the boxes arrived, the box was not sealed very well, allowing 50% of the components to fall out somewhere during shipping. Tried to get in touch with a real person with Vevor. The contact process is email ONLY. After about a month of emails back and forth, vevor offered to send me the missing components, GREAT.A week later vevor sends me an option to be reimbursed, said I could keep what parts I had at no charge. Wow, the parts are worthless at this point. I will not deal with vevor again. Oh yah, I insured the packages from the start, vevor is not refunding that. Very disappointed.

For the size and price not happy with air volume. None to slight air movement. I Ben with two under my patio nothing…. I don’t recommend this fan to anyone who is considering it.

Fan is missing the 8 brackets to mount the blades to the fan motor, been trying for weeks to get them to send me the replacement parts and now they say they have lost them and want to refund half of what the fan cost?????????? Never had an issue with this company and i have purchased a lot of items. I just need the brackets to make this right. Item L in the user manual.

Been up for about 3 months now and I would not recommend this to anyone. Fan worked fine then started making a popping sound. Sounds like something is broken on the inside of it. For now it does the job of moving air but very annoying to listen to.

Questa è stata la peggiore esperienza della mia vita. Questi ragazzi sono totalmente incompetenti. Ho ricevuto un prodotto a cui mancavano tutti i pezzi essenziali. È passato un mese, ho inviato 24 email e non sono ancora in grado di mandarmi i pezzi mancanti. Per due volte mi hanno mandato un solo pezzo mentre me ne mancavano 8 dello stesso tipo. Ho scritto loro in italiano, inglese e tedesco, ma non è servito a nulla. Il ventilatore a soffitto non può funzionare senza questi pezzi. Un mese intero e nessuna soluzione. Solo email in cui mi dicono che chiuderanno il mio caso. INCREDIBILE.

I would give no stars if possible. I ordered 4 of these fans and one of them came with only 7 fan brackets. 8 are needed per fan. The customer support is all AI crap that him haws around and they will not send me a new bracket or send me a new fan and take this one back. I have messaged at least 30 times. Can't talk to a human. Absolutely terrible. Do not order from this company. I have learned my lesson will never order again.

Wasnt at all happy with these fans. They feel cheap, blades are really small, so they dont move much air.......and the high speed seems more like a low or medium. I would look at a different option if you need good air flow.

I just had my 96 in ceiling fan professionally installed on my 17 1/2 ft ceiling and honestly I couldn't be more disappointed. One would reasonably think that the larger diameter fan would put out more air than a smaller fan, but it doesn’t seem to be the case. I also had another fan installed in my living room today by the same crew. It was a Home Decorators brand Kensgrove ll 84” from Home Depot. If they made a 96” I would have bought the Kensgrove, but they don’t, and I didn’t. The 96” on 6 only moves about as fast as the 84” on 3 or 4. If I could give it a 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this fan.

The idiots that you use to deliver it left it out in my driveway in the fucking rain and now the box and product is soaking wet so you need to send me another one

Jumped out of groove in base and began to beep. Put back in and 2 days later stopped working. Still waiting for support to address this. Been 9 days....
