The package received did come damaged all though product was safe and free from damage, also the hex bolt self tappers are too long for an enclosed trailer and need to be half an inch shorter to better secure also to not go out the other side of the trailer. Product does seem well built and sturdy no complaints other than bolt sizing wrong!

Outstanding rack - been in use now about 3 weeks mounted on our service truck. One of the best racks we have in use. Quick install, rock solid unit. The spring mounts hold all the equipment in place solidly.
