A sturdy construction and easy to assemble. It is adjustable in that it can accomodate some differences in the height of the steps when installing. The hand rail itself is coated black and so far is weatherproof but the fixing bolts used to assemble it have started to rust now. It would have been better to use non rusting nuts and bolts. Overall very practical in providing support when ascending steps.

Great product, good value, good instructions, good choice of fittings. BUT.....bolts rusting already!.
