I worked with a colleague to put this together and it took around 2 1/2 hours - the instruction manual was necessary without being particularly helpful. My colleague and I are both very practical and light hearted created a scale of difficulty for people with an engineering or construction background, scale of difficulty = 4/10; Creative types with screen printing/art school backgrounds, scale of difficulty = 6/10; Ikea flat pack warriors = 8/10 and ordinary mortals = get some help. Having said that, putting it all together probable represents a considerable cost saving, but getting it to work reliably will need constant maintenance as there are just too many ways for things to shift out of place. However, for a cheap screen printing solution, it has its plus points and I definitely thing that I can use it and will update this review as I start to print with it. In the mean time, I would say that it is a challenge to put together, but not impossible - it needs to be bolted to a bench for better stability and needs careful setting up to ensure consistency and good registration when printing more than one colour, but it has the virtue of being very good value, notwithstanding my criticisms and good for small scale screen printing.
