I don’t have the other full Oder it been shipped separately and the screed board is made plastic not aluminum as advertised furthermore the item received is damaged on both ends scratches everywhere I’m definitely pissed about this because there is no direct contact phone number to vevor tools my package was supposed to be delivered by labor Monday afternoon it came Thursday morning and the other half is still in California my contract is on the table waiting for this product and shipping is completely out of order. Ps also no one is doing anything about it and it’s five hundred dollars lost

It ever arrived, it too too many emails together a refund. Very poor all round…

i only received the blades not the rest of the product so I cant say I am happy but customer service did work with me with a refund

They sent two 6’ screed blades but no power head. I’ve gone around and around with them but they’re completely incompetent. I’ve even requested return labels and they haven’t done that nor have they shipped the power head. Home Depot has comparable items for a little more but they’ll actually get you what you order.

Vibra screed showed up without the three screed boards that were included in the order #25121900931109176047. After more emails then I can count they still have not refunded my CC completely for this order. They have a no phone call business so I can,t talk to a human about this matter. Emails only. They picked a number and refunded my CC a partial amount but not full as I requested. Anyone reading this should understand they sent me half of a 1200.00 order and the part I have is useless without the second half. The second half which is a 6 foot, an 8 foot and an 11 foot screed board. This is the expensive part of this purchase and the part that made it a good buy. Without the boarder Im stuck with a worthless tool and out more than half of my money. Im a return customer and have bought several of their tools with good luck. I guess my luck ran out.

Engine ran ok, then on the second pour with this machine the motor died and would not restart. I would not rely on one of these again
