Very cheap feeling and lightweight but it does work and is easy to move around the house so I’ll not rate it too bad. The base doesn’t snap in which I don’t really care for, it doesn’t feel as sturdy as it could be.

this is a good quality 3-in-1 rocking horse, that can be taken apart to become a balance board & a ride-on horse with wheels. It is sturdy, and easy to assemble & kake it apart.
