In the past, I've used plastic tote bins to raise my composting worms and have always been interested in these systems. I've read all the reviews and thought this one was what I was looking for. The color drew me to it, I wanted black not green or terra cotta color. The second thing that made me choose this one is that it appears to be a mimic of the more expensive VermiHut. Upon reading the instruction booklet, it references the Vermihut while telling how to use this one, so I do believe this is the same product, just marketed by a different company under a different name. I've set it up and it seems sturdy and best of all, my worms are traveling through the holes to different levels. I did spend a lot of time watching videos on YouTube to decide how to run my tower most efficiently and it's surprisingly not how it's set up in the booklet. Give a follow to Vermicompost learn by doing, I think you might just find you need this worm composter.

I´m very much satisfied with my Worm Compost Bin. I once had a farm. Now I can have worms at home, in the city, working to make good soil for my plants!

Easy to assemble as it's pretty much just stacking trays on top of each other. The more complicated part is the general user instructions. It comes with one layer of coconut husk but you'll most likely need several more as well as a decent number of worms (obviously not included). Fair warning that it will take a long time before the bin starts producing compost and there are more rules and stipulations about what you can put in it then you'd expect.

The size of this worm composter is not as bulky compared to others. I’m just starting out and don’t really have a need for a bigger one. I like that it has a spout and a cup to use the drippings.
