Déçue de la grosseur des éléments qui constituent cette rampe. Semblaient plus fins sur la photo, en réalité c'est gros, pas très esthétique dans notre configuration en tous les cas (petit escalier extérieur)

Two parts arrived damaged in the package. Customer service sent replacement mounting covers but did not provide a solution for the scratched cross bar. Spent $18 for a can of spray paint to repair it.

I ordered over a week ago, and I still don’t have it. Hopefully it will show up.

Très bien emballé, instructions de montage complètes et faciles. Le seul problème est que je trouve que le garde-corps est beaucoup trop haut. La hauteur maximum devrait être entre 36’’ et 38 ‘’ pas plus. Je l’ai montré puis démontré car une fois en place c’était beaucoup trop haut.

The hand railing is well made. It was easy to install, however there was no Instructions how to install it if you are not sure how. Also I had missing screws. I contacted support and got no help getting the missing screws. At this time the railing is installed with raw looking screws. I cannot find the type of screws that did come with the railing.

I ordered. Two of these rails and only received part of the required hardware. I had to go to local store and buy hardware to complete

These rails are sturdy. They look great. However there's no drainage and the water will get in. Mine split over the winter. I would not recommend them .
