I’m stood here in the middle of installing this door rail, having drilled 7 holes at 16” centres in my dining room wall, exactly as the instructions state, only to discover that the pre-drilled rail is actually drilled at 17 1/2” centres! Needless to say, this is infuriating! All of these holes now need to be filled and painted, before I go through the whole process again but at 17 1/2” centres. I’ve bought many Vevor products over the past few years, and I’m always satisfied with the build quality and value, but this is very frustrating. Discrepancies like this make the instructions almost worthless., since they clearly can’t be trusted without first having to verify each step. This is the kind of error I’d expect from an Ali-Express item, not Vevor. It seems I gave them more credit than they deserve.

The quality is good, and in theory it should work well. Did not work for the application I needed. Due to the stud spacing on our walls none of the holes lined up with the studs. We have one from a different company and you are able to move the brackets to match your stud placement which makes it much stronger. This one has pulled out from the drywall already after 2 months. I do not recommend it.

Rails and wheels are good quality but I received no hardware with the unit

This kit comes with rails that are pre-drilled for the mounts, but they are only on 15" center. Standard wall stud framing is 16", so there is no way to securely mount the rails to the wall. Drywall anchors won't hold up a barn door. And if you do buy this and then find out how badly its designed, you have to fight like heck with Vevor to get a refund. Save yourself the hassle on this utterly useless product.
