This jack post was used under a cottage. Two things I would like. A black or grey post not bright orange. Easily fixed with paint. This post relies on a long screw for it adjusting. Which if you are using it on the shorter side of its range can be limiting. I would prefer bolts rather than pins for the sleeve adjustment. Once in place the jack is satisfactory

Very robust piece of kit, packaged very well and delivered within 24 hours by UPS. Four stars rather than five as for shorter heights (eg. 6ft), I found the placement of the holes on the three cylinders meant the middle cylinder could not slot in between the inner and outer cylinders. So right now I have the middle cylinder lying about while the other two are helping to hold up my shed roof. Would have been better if the middle cylinder could always slot into the kit whatever the height required for the jack.

The units came promptly as advertised. Both units worked well. My 4 star instead of 5 star is becasue one unit had a bit of a burr on on boolt/nut thread so when turning the jack to raise the floor, the top pad supporting the beam I was lifting kept rotating out of position. To be accurate, I never found the exact reason for the issue but it did take a bit of time/effort to solidify the top pad postion on the beam such that turning the jack screw did not twist the top pad out of position. After working through that, the floor jacks are working as advertised with no issues! Thanks you!

Very good, strong, easy to use...

Worked for me. Two small things to note. First, the top plate swivels but bottom is fixed plate. If you can't anchor bottom it will want to spin when tightening. Second, two were painted and not allowed to dry properly so the nested tube is frozen. My project was delayed past return point. I will have to find a way to free inner tube. Small percentage but should not occur.

These did the job and were a great price. Would buy again. One big issue is that when turning the screw that causes the jack to go up and apply pressure, the handle/bar supplied will bend. This bar needs to be of hardened steel. It’s weak and bends. This caused me to have to improvise and relieve pressure in order to screw higher

I haven't used them yet but they look sturdy. I'll update later .
