If a product does not fit, they decide wether you can send it back, its not up to the customar. dont do business here.
If you ask via chat and give a bad geview they shamelessly ask you to remove it becouse it can affect their work.
I like it.
I haven't tried stopping a long drop by jumping off a cliff or anything silly like that but I've suspended myself from a tree and it did the job just fine.
Experts would probably prefer it to be a little more flexible but it wouldn't stop them from using it.
