Customer Reviews for VEVOR Arborist Tree Climbing Rope Double Braid Polyester 1/2"/1.3 cm x 120'/36.6 m 48-Strand

As advertised. We were able to complete our project and used this for pretty heavy lifting and securing.

This rope is super strong (says rated for 4000 lbs!) and may be overkill for my purposes but I figure it is going to last a long time and will be useful for many years. We have some lifting and pulley-ing to do with some oversize items at different levels in the yard and this is working well to wrap around the big items and get them re-located. When I opened the box, my retired firefighter husband said, "That looks like the stuff we used to rappel down buildings with!" :)

Molto bella per colore e lavorazione.. Notevole spessore di ben 19 mm Un po' pesante, per il dovuto spessore, ma grande forza Prezzo giusto

Great value for money polyester rope. However, depending what you want it for, you might be a bit dissapointed so be realistic in what you expect for this price. It is not a proper double braid and instead has two braided sheeths on top of each other and then a core of 9+1 twisted 3 strand - layed parralel to one another inside. The outer sheath is a bit loose and can be easily compressed. The thickness of the rope is definitely not 12.7mm (0.5"), with a verniers - I measured it at more like 11.0mm (0.433"). But again depending what you want the rope for this may not be an issue. I had seen another review saying it might not be the advertised thickness so I factored this into my decision between ordering this or the 3/8" version. I measured it after putting it under a bit of tension to take any slack out and it came out to 226ft or around 69m. Overall I'm happy enough with it, it's flexible and easy to handle and I have definitely bought much worse ropes for more money in the past. Would buy this again. €50.99 14-Oct-2025

Está bien por el precio que tiene, aunque no me fiaría del peso que anuncian

Good value for the money , used it on a web garden fence as upper support ,

we received the order, but it was left outside the gate not at house and in the rain. should have had delivery instruction when i purchased.

Långt starkt rep till bra pris.. Minus är att knutar är väldigt svåra att få upp.. Annars ett mycket bra rep..
