Looks good stout

This is what a cant hook should be. And it's a good strong timberjack too.

Very useful and easy to handle for small and midsize trees.

It's a nifty tool, it'll allow you to reconfigure it depending on it's intended use. I kind of want to buy a second one just like it to use them as a stand for mobile milling.

Well, I vacillated between a $50 tool with one or two bent handle reviews. I decided on this one $94 and so glad i did. I am building a timber frame log home. I have cut trees for 55 years. I am working with white pine loges 10'' to 12'' on small end and 32 feet long. the info in the ad was very unclear to me i did not grasp that this is really 3 tool in one. with the foot removable (wrench included) and the point removable or retractable. The slightest negative is it is a little heavy, however, this thing will handle anything you can dish out, very beefy and rigid.

One Major Complaint:Where the stand attaches to the bar - this connection needs a cotter pin. There is no way to tighten the bolts tight enough to prevent the stand from rotating under a heavy load.I can drill my own hole through the collar and through the handle bar, but I'm worried I might create a weak spot.Maybe if the handle bar was textured at that point the stand wouldn't rotate. Just a suggestion.This doesn't work on small trees or big trees. Just medium trees. The hook just isn't able to get a grip. At least, I haven't gotten it to work on all sized trees. Maybe I need practice.

Great product. Super sturdy and makes cutting so much easier.

This product is tough as nails. You could probably use this on just about any size log over its min. log size capacity. I'm the kind of guy that typically breaks things through "normal" use, but I think my arms are going to get torn out before I can break this. Don't even look at those other Mickey mouse log rollers. I haven't tried them and don't intend on wasting my money. If regular Joe's bend them I will turn them into a twist tie. Mike

Great for the price. No complaints. Using it to turn large walnut logs.
