I've been looking for a Clamshell Bearing Puller at a sensible price for some time.
I've yet to use the Clamshell Bearing Puller in anger, however having examined it and familiarised myself with its operation I am happy with my purchase so far.
This should be a very useful tool to own enabling me to do my own Dana diff overhauls.

I have a Land Rover repair shop and this is a superb too for safely removing the carrier bearings from the 109/110/130 Salisbury differential to adjust the shimming!

I have used this puller on gm 10 bolt and dana 44s so far and it works flawlessly. Put some lubricant on the threads and it will last you a lifetime.

Rebuilt a Dana 60 for a friend recently and needed this specific type of of bearing puller, the name brand tools are $300+ for the same function you get out of this tool. It worked great and got me through the rebuild.
