This is a great vacuum sealer! I appreciate that it was delivered with a lift gate as well.A few things to be aware of and maybe were idiots for this taking a few days to figure out, but maybe it_l help someone.When we first got this, it worked well but we weren_ getting as tight of a seal as we wanted. We didn't realize we needed vacuum pump oil (I_e attached a picture) and once we got that it worked beautifully!They will call you ahead to schedule this delivery so if you see an odd number, answer it!

Product arrived faster than expected however oil had obviously leaked during shipping I Purchased Vacuum Pump oil to refill The owners manual is worthless and for another model. The control's are reversed Increase button decreases time,air and seal time while Decrease does the opposite. There is as cap that obviouslymust be removed for air to escape mine blew off and broke the filler cap stud still functions OK.Positives are very roomy with top cover expansion about 5 inchesWorks well with FoodSaver bags I'm hoping even better with smooth bagsI wish I would have made the investment long ago as this Chamber Vacuum seals liquids great Should have a more detailed manual as to operation,changing oil and seal wire and tape and removing cap so air can excape.

My wife and I love this machine. It is so nice to buy the inexpensive vacuum chamber style food saver bags and only pay a few pennies for them Vs. the suction type of Food saver bags. This machine has been super reliable and very easy to use.We vacuum seal everything now that it's actually economical.The instructions are ridiculously bad. They are so bad that as a joke, we actually hand them to people and ask them to "help us out" by reading the instructions to us. It is quite funny to watch them try to read the instructions.There is a reviewer on here that posted what you need to know, so that's no big deal.

This product is a great value and works well. Half the price of similar product available locally. Quiet when in operation, unlike my food saver vacuum sealer, which is quite loud. Will order proper bags for unit shortly and will save about 50 percent on cost of packaging compared to other product. The chamber size of 10 x 12 is good for most things that I do. If it continues to work this well in the future, I made a great purchase.Would have given a 5 star rating if not for the manual delivered with machine. May sound a little picky but the instructions are very hard to follow, Found a video on you tube that I used to guide during setup. Filling vacuum pump, etc.. That made it easier to get started.

the only problemdon_ come with oil and no instruction how to put oil

It_ not a good looking product ( if you are planning to keep it in your home kitchen) and quite heavy. However it does work very well, easy enough to use ( although the instructions in the box were very poor and i had to refill with vacuum pump oil as it came empty).Overall once you get familiar with it it_ a great machine.
