I brought the two pack and while one works perfectly the other one barely works . It doesn’t matter if you fill it with powder or not it will only give you a little bit of power ain’t oaf the machines works fine the other maybe has a bad moter or something . We had to improvise with its use and use one of them . It kind of sucks because the effect of two makes proms look better. Then just one plus i paid for two of the machines to work

Hello, I am writing to notify you that approximately two months ago I purchased four of these machines for an event for my daughter. When I went to use them, one of the machines — the one with the serial number shown in the attached photo — did not turn on properly. The unit has power, but the screen does not turn on and the machine is not functioning. I would like to know if this product is still under warranty and if it can be repaired or replaced.
