Very well packaged , but I was not to happy with overall performance it kept tripping breakers,manual is horrible , it does not get very specific with details that are needed , I spent over 900 dollars for a took that will collect rust

Came in smashed, fan cover smashed into fan blades that cool electric motor. Opened up and the fan doesn’t freely now. Asks for a refund and new order or a substantial discount and I would have it fixed. Had to use on a job the next day. That didn’t happen. Terrible customer service, said to wait 48 hours. Only communicated via email, it took over 72 hours for them to say they determined from the picture that a new fan cover would fix. Ignored the fan being broken. Absolutely a joke.

The unit turn on and grind for about two seconds at full power. As soon as it touches the concrete it slows down significantly to the point where it will completely stop. You have to pick it up to restart the wheel about every 3 to 5 seconds the water feature doesn’t help with this I’m disappointed I was really looking forward to using this unit maybe mine is defective it did arrive with cosmetic damage, but I thought it would perform as new I’d like to try this product again if you would be willing to send me a new one it’s a shame this one isn’t working as advertised

When floor grinder got delivered the box of smashed and the cord was ripped in half got a hold of them and they never called back

It did not work well. The breaker is flicking off after 5 seconds. Vevor said, will come back tou you with answer....Nothing apen. No answer. Very disapointed. Dont buy this!

Malísimo servicio nunca llegó la máquina

Received floor grinder approximately 2 weeks ago and have not been able to use it. It will run for maybe 2-3 minutes and then trips the circuit breaker. I have tried several different circuits and it trips them all. I have been in communication with Vevor support and requested a replacement and they are having supply issues, so they are supposed to refund me for the purchase. This was very disappointing the price was good and other reviews were good but my personal experience with this machine and customer service was not. The only way to reach the company for help is through email and it has taken 1 1//2 weeks to get to this point because they kept suggesting the obvious things for a fix. Very unhappy with purchase.

plugged it into 20a socket and runs 1 minute and blows the breaker

Came broken won’t power in at all tried connecting it to multiple out lets nothing. I would another on shipped to me they can have this one
