I am satisfied the product does what it's supposed to do and everything is as it was described. Upon unboxing I fully inspected all the parts which were intact, and without damage. All specifications are proven to be accurate. Operation is not difficult. Instructions are provided. I did not encounter any problems upon first use. Overall opinion is good functions as expected.

We have only had this pump installed in our 18 ft. shallow well for about a week or so, but besides my initial misgivings about installing a 110 volt model versus a 220, so far we've had no regrets. Since the distance from the home wiring is less than 50 ft, I suppose this should not have been of concern. The pressure is adequate (as judged by the speed of pressure tank refill), and the pump responds smoothly to the switch adjacent to the tank.I cannot say how long this pump will last, but hopefully it's well made enough to give us many years of service.

Pump is very powerful with only 500W pump can reach high pressure works ok. In packet icnluded good rope and cable is 20 m. Pump is small dimension. Packet is great.
