There are no English instruction, just some pictures.A large set square was placed on the base, and the arm adjusted in both planes to get the wire set at 90 degrees, very pleased with the purchase.Delivery was quick as well.

This is just what I need for making my ribbon bows. The wire heats up very quickly and both cuts and seals the ends. The main benefit is I can measure the ribbon as I cut it.
