El producto llegó incompleto en 2 ocaciones (falta de maneral).

A máquina chegou danificada e até agora ninguém respondeu a minha reclamação com fotos

It's not a bad core drill, but it will not handle large bits. It struggled badly to core a 6" hole through a new 8" thick precast pad with rebar.

je suis toujours en attente de la carotte commandée de 160MM de diametre vous m(avez livré par erreur la caroote de 107MM vous m'avez demandé les photos des étiquettes d'emballage ce que je vous ai envoyé mais je n'ai toujours pas de nouvelles

Keeps over heating.

Je ne peux pas laisser d avis positive vu que je ne l’ai pas encore essayé car j’ai l’ai reçu cassé, j’attends la pièce ça fait plus de 15 jours

Your customer service is horrible , package came all broken and one of the motors arrived damage but you guys did nothing to replace the broken motor. Also I contacted you support department about getting spare parts but again you guys are doing nothing to help. It would be better if I would be able to talk to a REAL person. your customer Service support sucks.

Electric part did come broken and not functional. They did not want item back they give me some parts so i can fix it my self ( i did not ). Waste of money.

Pedí una cosa y me enviaron otra ... y lo peor que solo me contesta una máquina que no puede resolver mi problema una pena pero parecían de confianza...

Not Happy! Only a single speed drill, Didn’t even use to heavy, Received in a busted cardboard box & asked for a box to return this product (Drill) & to return it, and was told it couldn’t be returned ! Tried contacting them but was given the brush off !
