surtout ne pas etre obliger de faire un retour car le service client cherche toujours un motif pour refuser

Appareil de trés mauvaise qualité, le moteur c'est mis à fumer au premier trou dans du béton , en plus trés dangeureux car par de débraillage , donc tenir fermement l'appareil sinon risque de se faire trés mal . Je ne recommande vraiment pas cette marque.

Dem war und ist nicht so, ich habe einen Artikel bekommen, der mit einer USA Gewindeaufnahme versehen ist. Ich ersuchte um Retour, die ich ausfüllte mit dem Zitat" passt nichtt" wegen dem USA Gewinde. Ich schickte das ab, und bekam 5x immer wieder die gleiche Antwort, "senden Sie uns ein Bild" ect. was ich mehrmals getan habe. Schlussendlich, bekam ich den Hinweis, ich könnte ja im Internet eine passende Bohrkrone kaufen. All I got to talk to was AI. And they extended the whole issue for more than three weeks now.

This machine was rented maybe 4 times and on the 4th rental the motor burned out. What makes it worse is their customer service is horrible. I have 2 other items that were received defective and I have been going back and forth with their customer service for over 2 weeks simply asking for them to replace the defective items, but they can't seem to do that. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Cheap materials for sure and i cant even return ( i did email them them and no answer at all ) ....

The product worked great the first time for 5 minutes of use . The second time I used it it burnt out and stopped working . I notified the warranty department they said they would get back to me . Never heard from them again . Not good service, to leave a client hanging on .

While I usually like the value I get from Vevor products, this is different. There are two speeds when using this coring machine. When you start coring, it is best to start slow so the bit can start to bite into the concrete. Once the groove is established, you can speed up the process. On the slow setting, this machine still runs too fast. The coring bit starts jumping around, making this possibly dangerous. I am trying to send it back for a refund if possible. Vevor makes a lot of good products, and if they make one at a variable speed, I would try it, but you should pass on this one.

This would be a great drill and bit if only it was made for use in the USA. The plug is the kind used in Europe where it has 2 round pins and is meant to be plugged into a 220V outlet. It is utterly useless unless you plan to install this special kind of outlet. As a contractor moving from job to job, this is a complete loss. They don't really do returns. They offer a small sum and ask you to keep it. If you hold out long enough, they eventually refund all of your money.
