Customer Reviews for VEVOR Drain Cleaner Machine 75FT x 3/8 Inch, Auto Feed Sewer Snake Drain Auger on Wheels, Portable Drain Cleaning Machine with 8 Cutters & Air-activated Foot Switch for 2" to 4" Pipes

Hey Vevor I've had pretty good success with your products in the past, this one left me frustrated. Overall it looked good and ran as I anticipated except for one very important feature. This unit continually spun the auger cable back on itself within the drum. While this didn't stop the drum from rotating it stopped the forward progress of the auger. I had to return the auger cable back into the drum and take the unit outside and manually uncoil the cluster. Eventually I got my clog busted but the final retrieval wrapped itself again and I simple put it away. I'd like to resolve this so I can loan this to family and friends. The way it sits however renders it pretty useless.

Leider defekt angekommen. Kundenservice konnte mir nicht helfen und haben mir kein Retourenschein zugeschickt, daher musste ich die Maschine selber entsorgen.

Hello, I don’t take pleasure in writing this review, especially because I’ve had good experiences with Vevor in the past. However, my most recent purchase has been very frustrating. I ordered a drain snake that arrived damaged. I reported the issue to Vevor right away, but it has now been several weeks without any resolution. The only way I’ve been able to reach customer service is through email, and each time I’m told that someone will follow up—yet I haven’t received any response. At this point, I’m disappointed with the lack of communication and support. I’m simply looking for a resolution to this issue. Thank you. Kevin O’Mara

As a plumber, I have used many different sewer machines but this is one of the worst. The cable is too flexible and the drum doesn't have anything internally (like an internal cage) to prevent it from twisting on itself when you hit a solid blockage like tree roots. I ordered a replacement cable with this machine and both of them snagged and twisted on themselves. Within 3 service calls this machine was rendered unusable. Add to that the amount of time it took to get the snagged cable out 2+hours and this machine ended up costing me money. I literally had to go rent another sewer machine to finish a job. I don't recommend buying this unit!

It doesn’t go to 1.5” line or doesn’t go really well after 2 bends I tried few times every time have to rent different snake from local store to unclog kitchens I suggest please improve the quality of wire thanks

El envío tardo 3 semanas más de la fecha que decía de entrega.

I waited for 6 weeks, no delivery. I finally canceled the order.
