This extractor is easy to assemble and operate. The process of extraction is quicker than expected, and change over is simple. Well worth the purchase price. There are only two small problems: 1) The legs are a bit flimsy, but can be easily replaced with sturdier ones; 2) The locator pins that attach the motor and lid assembly to the barrel are not in a fixed position and keep slipping out. Used the VEVOR this September and we are pleased with it. It takes a little while to get used to but it performs well. We would recommend it. One suggestion we would make is for a small timer with an alarm to be added to it. This would facilitate a more efficient use of the machine.

Excellent value for money honey extractor and arrived well packaged. On balance this is a really worthwhile product and we are glad we purchased the electric version at very little additional cost. My only issues were that one of the perspex lids was marked.... the other had protective film on it. I could have contacted them about it but it was a minor cosmetic issue so no real drama. One point that needs to be highlighted though that I was expecting due to previous reviews is that the pressed steel edges are extremely sharp, particularly on the legs. Half an hour with a file sorted that and I still had an excellent product.... with no sharp edges. Again not a huge issue for us but a common point raised. Don't let it put you off as its an easy fix.

I think this this a great product for any beekeeper with only a few hives, it’s really well made and easy to use and clean and I think it’s a great price too, would recommend.

Brought this extractor few months back. For the price it's worth it especially for beginners. If you have a lot of hives better off getting something bigger. It did its job and works well. The legs are sharp, cut along my fingers trying to pick it up. The lids didn't really match the curve of the barrel but didn't make much difference anyway. Overall worth getting if you are on a budget or a small beekeeper.

Great bit of kit at a fantastic price. Most electric honey extractors I found were €400+ so when I came across this I thought it might be too good to be true, although the reviews looked very positive. I decided to go for it and it was delivered to Ireland in just over a week, was very straightforward to put together and worked a treat to extract the honey. A friend has already asked to borrow it. The VEVOR support team are excellent as well, confirmed my address before sending and responded quickly to queries. Would definitely recommend

WORTHY BUT It is very difficult to collect the honey that remains at the end as the bucket has no corner to collect the honey and because it has to be screwed, this made it impossible.

Excellent machine. Well made and quite efficient. Would have been 5 stars but for minor glitch. The National super frames do not stand upright. I added plastic ties to loop onto top of frame to hold it upright and it worked a treat.
