I have used this machine for nearly a year now and think it is great. Much cheaper than other similar machines i have seen but works fine and good. The user manual was a bit rubbish but you will work out how to use it. You need to pay close attention to getting everything aligned correctly. On my first couple of times using it i didn't realise i had to get a very small hole (in the highest cone part) aligned with another small opening in the casing of the core of the machine. Also, you must tighten the brass nut on top VERY well to avoid leakages during use, but it's not a problem for me (could be more difficult for someone with weaker hands), these are just some tips i would give.
The machine removes all the cream from the milk regardless of the setting you put it on. To get very thick and pure cream you unscrew the little nut outwards. Conversely, Screw the nut inwards to get more quantity but a thinner more runny cream.
It was very nice that the machine comes with a spare rubber/ silicone O-ring and a silicone spatula too, which is very handy for scraping the parts after use and getting the most cream from your work.
It's quite a bit of washing up after using, but one tip is to keep the stack of 15 cones together and rub and jiggle them as one in hot soapy water, then you dont have to scrub each one individually.
