Customer Reviews for VEVOR Endoscope Camera with Lights Dual Lens Borescope 1499.6 cm Cable 10.9 cm Screen

The endoscope appears to be a quality tool given the proper applications. The reason I purchased this tool was to hopefully locate and diagnose a problem i am having within my sewer drain between my basement floor drain and the street. This particular endoscope is not capable in helping to solve this situation. Just not designed for that type of environment.

While this product is well priced and does function, it is not suitable for the purpose I intended. The Semi-Rigid cable does not have enough spring in it to navigate the ribs of Big-O drain pipe or get around corners. It bends and stays bent preventing it from advancing forward. So although it has a generous 50 foot cable, it's kind of a waste. You are just as well to get the 15 foot cable and use it for different purposes. There was also a problem with the unit shutting down and forcing a re-boot. But here's the good news: Vevor customer service is awesome! They promptly responded to my complaints and made it right with a refund. Perhaps this product would do okay for different applications, but don't expect it to go 50 feet unless there is no resistance at all. When I first came across Vevor I was wary. The prices are so good I thought surely the products would also be cheap. I was wrong. I've purchased a number of items from Vevor now and have found the quality excellent. And now I am learning the Customer Service is also top notch.

Overall a ok purchase. Worked to fit into area that was hard to reach, and there was plenty of cable to get job done. Cable was extremely hard to maneuver and attachments were lost within space within 3 minutes. Ended up having to augment with other tools, now requiring two hands while trying to watch video screen.

Its functional my biggest disappointment 😞 not being able to turn easy love it otherwise tho great bang for your buck if you will next one I buy will have a turn function

buon prodotto qualità/prezzo mancano istruzioni d'uso italiano
