How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Bonjour, Ne pratiquant l'anglais que sous la torture, j'aimerais que vous me fassiez parvenir une notice en français; ce matériel me semblant de bonne qualité, il serait dommage que je l'abime en l'utilisant mal.Cordialement Michel PICARD

I purchased this for the home office and my family LOVE using it! Both kids worked in coffee shops so we had good instruction right off the bat. Easy to use (can be hard to learn but once you get it, you got it), easy to clean, and a great addition to any office, restaurant, or home. We love ours!
