Péssimo serviço prestado. A encomenda dá como entregue pelo transportador quando a mesma não foi entregue a ninguém da empresa. Enviei varias mensagens através dos canais disponíveis no site mas a resposta é sempre a mesma " encomenda entregue, procure nos seus vizinhos". Não recomendo comprarem, não dão qualquer apoio. A empresa que supostamente ver a logística também é péssima, desresponsabilizaram-se por completo ( GLS empresa que fez o transporte).

Got results already from juniper needles and orange peels. Juniper oil did not smell great but maybe the needles had to be dried beforehand (I used them raw, right from the trees). It makes sense to distill several fills of the same material one after the other to not waste the output that accumulates in the condensation tube and the collector. All glassware seems robust so far and everything works nicely.

I bought this product to be able to enjoy natural products created in my own laboratory. The shipment was made on time, and the protection of the glass components was perfect. Rendben működik, de a főzőlap alá egy állítható állvány még jó lett volna... Az a sok piros műanyag pánt meg nem tudom mire való, úgyhogy ahelyett az állvány...

Very good quality, specifically of glassware. A lot of useful tools are included so you are fully ready to start the distillation. Heating plate 1000 W is just the right power so when you have it on full power it will make nice steam and boil at 105 °C, maybe sometimes even more if the pressure will get high. It only takes some time to start boiling but once it boils it is working great.
