The product arrived in its box and packaging which was not damaged. Upon opening the box to install the mantel shelf to the wall, the shelf was damaged in an area which is exposed. Have reported this to the company Vevor. However they have been extremely unhelpful. Will not be using Vevor again.
Looks nice and was easy enough to install. Lots of different mounting hardware options included. Only little downfall was that the sides were slightly wider than the top and bottom pieces so it doesn't touch the wall flush along the length of the mantle. Thankfully the mantel is a pretty dark color so you don't really see the gap.
