Electric Wheelchair
We love the wheelchair and would have given it 5 stars except for the customer service. We cannot find out how to turn down volume or cut off the voice that plays when you use the wheelchair - it is very annoying. No help whatsoever from customer service except for the runaround.

Good Chair at a good price
I bought this chair so my shoulders get a break from the difficult task for moving my manual chair in out of the van. The ramp was just too steep. It is great for getting around and in and out of the van up to three times in a day. Once the power level drops below 5, you will need assistance getting up a steep ramp so don't plan on doing a lot of steep climbs each day. This could be corrected with a larger battery. One disappointing item was the headrest which was too low from my 6 foot tall body and it breaks easily. Vevor does not have a taller headrest so I had to make my own which is 6 inches taller. All-in-All though I am still quite happy with it.

Movimento in casa
Adjustable-17.5 inch-300 lbs

Adjustable-20 in-330 lbs
Goede rolstoel. Zit heel behoorlijk en rijdt goed. De besturing is even wennen.

So far, so good
My 93 year old mother has been using this power wheelchair for about two months. It is proving to be very effective in enhancing her mobility. Having never operated a joy stick in her life, initial attempts at driving the chair were awkward but she is getting the hang of it with practice and with the help of an Occupational Therapist. Even the lowest speed can be intimidating for her, but she is learning that she can go even slower by not pushing the joystick all the way forward. Getting into the chair via her rollator walker works well with the biggest challenge getting the footrest down from its raised position. The chair can be pushed easily when necessary by simply releasing the switches that are on the back of the wheels. When electric mode is engaged, the chair won't move at all which is perfect for embarking and disembarking. The voice is loud and sometimes annoying but the reverse warning is welcome as it lets anyone behind the user know that the chair is backing up.
Chair purchase and delivery went smoothly, though I didn't get a text message as I thought I would and found the box in front of my mother's apartment door. Assembly was quick and fairly straight forward and the battery had been pre-charged which was convenient. The battery charger plug is conveniently located in the arm rest. Chair instructions are fairly clear but the position of the wheel switches works opposite to what is stated in the manual.
The chair is very solid (aluminum) and folds up conveniently and easily when needed. Good sized wheels means getting over door sills and bumps is fairly smooth. The chair is solid enough that the user can remain in the chair while using the Access-a-Bus and doesn't have to transfer to a regular seat for the trip. That is a major convenience. The chair can be easily and effectively anchored to the Access-a-Bus floor with no additional modifications/anchors (e.g. Q-straps) needed.
Two calls to customer service didn't really answer my question regarding return policy. If the chair wasn't satisfactory due to simple preference, it could be returned with the owner paying the shipping but there would also be a "restocking fee". No agents could explain just what and how much the restocking fee would be and I felt that there is a lack of transparency there (thus, 4 stars instead of 5). I worry about getting spare parts and where to service the chair as well. But the price is so cost effective compared to other units available in our area (prices start around $4000) that it is worth trying this one. So far the chair is measuring up very well.
