Junk
I bought this ager to dig post holes for my fence and I t was working fine until the 12 hole the shaft wouldn’t spin EVEN when I pulled it out of the hole. It sounded like something was slipping. I contacted the warranty people n they wanted me to send them a video of the issue which I did and they told me that they forwarded it to the right department for review. That was like 2 weeks ago and I still have yet to get an answer. I still have other holes to dig but this is stopping me from completing the job. Bad customer service. I just want them to either send me a new one or refund me. Just give me an answer

Delicate auger tip
There are two welded blades at the tip of the supplied auger. The welds are very weak tacks and broke the very first time I used the machine.
Vevor Customer Service would not take any responsibility and refused to provide any warranty help, saying that The auger was a consumable not covered by the warranty.

Costs about the same as renting
Worked for about 20 post holes on three different projects before the clutch packed in. Probably broke even on cost vs renting but now I need to figure out how to fix this thing or just toss it.

customer support useless
Has plenty of power, had to reset carb. to get to run on idle, throttle cable in wrong hole on carb, from factory, should of come out of the factory ready to go. still will only start on high idle, then you have to kick it down ( idle) with lever then runs ok. Can't start with auger attached it will rip out of your hands. Must start, kick down to idle then attach auger.

Shipping damage issue
We purchased the post hole digger and when we received it the box was damaged which caused the cover to be cracked/damaged - reached out to Vevor customer service by email as that is the only way you can “talk” to anyone, what I thought was the final resolve Vevor was sending us a replacement cover - here we are 3 weeks in and the only thing I am getting is emails asking to send an amount for compensation, no longer offering to send cover and will not respond as to why this is no longer an option. I just make this post to say be cautious in the event that you have to deal with customer service.

Buyer
Post hole auger damaged and not working sent video and I was left spinning in the wind for 4 days now without a return label or an exchange item. Will accept smaller auger with rebate if bigger one not available. Vevor returns are an adventure. Already sent video to a Nichole on Vevor chat function

Rivota
The engine starts and revs normally, but the auger does not rotate.
It only accelerates and does not transfer power.
There is a strong burning smell, similar to burnt brake or clutch material.
The unit is not functioning properly and I am requesting warranty service.
