The item arrived damaged. The throttle trigger was broken off. I am currently on week 2 of trying to get my money back and return this crap and they keep giving me the run around. Do yourself a favor and buy an American product. They dont have a live customer service or phone number so everything is done via email messages. It's not worth the money.

Auger came later than estimated on website (or would have purchased somewhere else). Ran for 1 minute before engine seized. Attempted to get a refund for purchase through Vevor but I'm not getting any response as the automated system has indicated. 24 hours to get an automated response that says to wait up to another 48 hours. Now waiting several days and nothing. Buyer beware.

Used it twice and now it will run but the auger won’t turn. That’s a pretty expensive use basically one use for 5 minutes. Won’t be replacing it

I assembled the 50cc Vevor auger, pulled the starter and absolutely nothing happened. It's too late to return, so I am left with this and no post holes-lesson learned!

A piece of 💩. It didn’t work from the moment I took it out of the box…..

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. This thing never started for for me. Not once. I spent two days pulling on this thing until the pull start cord snapped. What was I thinking buying this? Please save yourself time and money and don’t buy this.

Over all nice at first glance. This thing doesn't have the power to dig a hole. After the first 6-10inches it bogs down, doesn't dig anymore.

Looks nice, but right out of the box didn't work Did receive a replacement but haven't tried it yet will update

I received the auger, assembled it, tried to use it but it started at high rpm because the throttle cable was too short and has no adjustment. The machine won't idle, making it dangerous to use. I requested a refund, customer service finally sent me a shipping label, and I SHIPPED IT FROM A FedEx drop off on May 12. I got an email from FedEx confirming they had received it. I notified Vevor customer service that it had been shipped. Since that time I've heard nothing from Vevor.

I was able to get 6 holes done. Then the pull string stopped retracting.. 3rd item from vevor that broke within the first few times of use.. smh
