I bought this because I figured why not for the price, I will give it a shot for the project I have. Easy set up all you have to do is attach the handles. Started right up on the first couple of pulls. I used it on my property for digging holes for deer blind posts. We haven’t had any substantial rain in months, and this auger still managed to easily dig through the dirt. We did hit some clay, had to add some water in a hole and let it sit and the auger kept going. luckily for us we didn’t hit any major roots or rocks, but it did not have a problem breaking through small roots. I will definitely find lots of uses for this around my property.

Maschine hat alle meine erwartungen erfüllt. Sofortige start, power ohne ende, sollte man immer zu zweit bohren, weil es kann wirklich gefärlich werden wenns bohrer mal steckt. 80 cm tiefe Loch hatte ich in 30 sec. Kleine tipp: wen man im dreieck form bohren drei löcher, dann kann man eine grosse Loch in sehr kurzem zeit graben... auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert, habe mehrere Maschinen bei Vevor gekauft, ich habe mich noch nicht entäuscht. Im warheit Mascinen sind viel robuster und masiver als es auf dem Foto aussieht... Kaufe gerne wieder

Installing fence made easier. Assembly was not to bad but had to chase bolts and screws around the box. Came with a tool kit which was handy, but still used my own tools because more than one of same size wrench was needed. Make sure to add gear oil to gearbox it arrives empty and no mention of this in assembly/use manual. Requires 80-90w gear oil. Coring 6" holes 3 ft deep in old farmland so this thing works like a champ. I'm running 4500 feet of fencing so we will see just how good it is. Make sure to use oil designed dor air cooled engines in gas mix.

Very good for soft to medium soil and loose clay. Underpowered for tough clay, rocks and roots. You can also buy generic extension rods to make deeper 4' of 5' holes.

Très content de mon achat livraison très rapide. J'ai pose une clôture rigide de 1,25 de haut avec des poteaux de 1,70 les trous avec avec la tarière que du bonheur sur terre dure avec des racines et memes des cailloux quand on arrive sur des cailloux faut la tenir mais que du bonheur de forer avec cette machine.

very good Auger for the price, plenty of torque and can get away from you if it catches a root or a rock. it was missing a couple screws when it came but Vevor was quick and took care of it no questions asked. i would recommend, i used it for fencing and it worked for digging holes to plant trees too.
