This saw is very well built, well balanced, starts easy, runs perfect and easily cuts trees. Easy to put together. I tightened all bolts and screws when I took it out of box

I bought one and the head didn't work properly but had no issues getting a new one sent out. New head isn't perfect but more than sufficient for trimming branches and customer service was good
