The temperature is not constant over the entire surface of the plate, there are about 15° C fluctuations up or down. In the middle, the heating plate is slightly concave, it is not perfectly flat, but everything else is good and despite these defects, the press is easy to work with and satisfactory results are achieved. It is top for its price!

Very good construction and easy to use, let's see in a few months. I did have a small problem with the pressure adjustment knob, I had to glue the screw back in place but nothing too bad, everything works fine.

The logistics came quickly and the product was good. Recommend!
