Excellent product but I had difficulty locating the attachments that go on the wall. I eventually found them embedded in the Towel Rail frame. At first glance I thought they were large washers until I undid the tiny screw with the allan quay provided. Just be aware that these attachments are in the frame of the Rail. Undo the tiny screws and its straight forward after that.
