Too many parts for the everyday Jo
Too many parts to make it inviting to use. Unless you have loads of kitchen space, lots of time and a knack for this stuff, it is too much for the ordinary chef.

Great meat grinder.
Great meat grinder. Very solid. Amazing suction and very easy to use and clean. However, it was missing an additional piece that allows you to clamp the grinder down vs. use suction. I only recently noticed that it was missing and don_ know how to get that part.
