Purchased here because the price point is lower than your average spa/hot tub store. Quality is exactly the same as the floor models in those stores.

Has to be installed under the hot tub, so if tub is full forget it you have to empty tub or it’s too heavy to lift…

Works just fine. It’s a lot cheaper than buying it from the hot tub store.

The handrail consists of three tubes, braces and a base. It goes together easily with the furnished allen wrench, although the base tube needs more torque than that tool can deliver to seat firmly. Overall, it's a wonderful inexpensive solution. For $2 more it could have included a base of sufficient thickness to actually make the assembled unit truly sturdy and avoid the sway caused by a thin base. Hilariously, they spent the money instead on two rubber shims that do nothing but cast further aspersions on the suitability of the base. I use it every day and need it to enter/exit my hot tub. It works, but it's more excitement than it needed to be. The umbrella shown next to it in the picture has a heavier plate steel base and is rock solid. This base should have been the same.

Exactly what I was looking for. However, I installed it too close to my hot tub cover, when winter kicked the ground froze and tilt a bit the handrail and made it too close to the cover and scratched it. My mistake, but it is a good product. I will fix the installation when spring arrives and ground unfroze.

This hand grab rail makes it considerably safer for my wife and I to get into and out of the spa. It was easy to set up and install.

Very nice, keep in mind this is not a swing..LOL its just a hand rail to help you balance yourself as you enter your spa, has been a blessing for us as were gettting older, we were able to slide it under the edge of our tub, as we have a manufactured base, however, if you cant slide it under, highly advisable to drain first, and have it installed properly by a family member and someone knowledgeable regarding installation of the base to avoid any damage, as if yoou cant slide it under the side. Very happy with product
