I am using on daily basis, for hydrogenation also for boiling water. very nice technically designed, nice shapes, nice solved details like magnetic lid. very impressive is light during water heating process a function for keep warm is also appreciated.
What i see as problem to me is degrees in °F (Fahrenheits) for many Europeans is much more readable/clear to use °C (Celsius) degrees. If or how is this possible to change i did not discover yet, so only disadvantage is this.
Base on this is bit important is to setup correctly temperature i.e. 212°F is bit enough, because appropriate 100°C is not possible to reach (regarding atmospheric pressure) and water should boil very hard, that can cause splash out or never ending turn off - there is not mechanical(bimetallic) turn-off, just electronical even if you reach preset temperature, it turn-off. so temperature should be setup carefully :)
