Customer Reviews for VEVOR Ice Ball Press, 2.1" Ice Ball Maker, Aviation Aluminum Ice Ball Press Kit for 53mm Ice Sphere, Ice Press with Tong and Drip Tray, for Whiskey, Cocktail, Bourbon, Scot on Party & Holiday

Arrived in a nice gift box, ready to use. The manual press is easy to operate, and the aluminum build won’t rust. Makes chilling drinks way cooler!

It’s a big knurled hunk of metal that metals ice into a ball. It does its job. Can’t ask for more. Weight is solid for the job.

Great press, i use it every day. The tools it comes with are low quality and not worth holding on to. Also worth getting a drip tray

The product works perfectly. I have loved it from day one, though it was a bit expensive. It is also worth mentioning that it weighs cca 300 grams less than advertised, which affects performance (though it is good, just for the records) My only negative experience was with the customer service department, namely with Fayez and Amir. Regretfully, they have lied a lot about the shipment and promised everything without the reality behind it. They never offered compensation when they were caught with other lies (i.e. the product was not even shipped when they stated it was on the way). There robotic-like answers never actually responded to the questions I raised, nor did the matter get escalated when I asked for it. They just stopped corresponding. - Chat history available upon request

Works fantastic, its amazing how quickly the ice melts to form the ball, which is quite large. My only improvement recommendation would be to lift the base a few mm off the surface it sits on to allow the water to escape through the lower hole. A couple of little clear rubber feet is all it needs. These things cost almost 5x as much on "other" sites. Get this one. The ice ball looks great in a neat spirit and melts slower over a longer period of time as well. Learn to make clear ice and take it to the next level.

All in all I’m super happy. Good quality build. It works, just keep it in hot water and it works quickly.

Works great! I only wish it didn't have the unappealing large VEVOR logo on top. Based on other reviews, I run it under warm water if making more than one ice ball at a time
