Needed this for a specific time. Paid to have this delivered to my home, instead it was taken to a collection point costing me even more money to go and get it myself! Have to pay to return it as well and take even more money from you. Would not buy from this company again. Last time they sold me an item that was out of stock and when they refunded me I was charged the difference in exchange rates and literally paid for THEIR mistake. Money, money, money. Absolutely gross "service".

The back panel needs a better way to latch. Besides that very good trap.

It was very straight forward to assemble, and looks to be strong enough for just about any larger critter. I have been trying to catch my very new rescue deaf dog, that got out the same day that I got her. She can't hear me calling her and of course she is not used to me. I have spotted her many times close to the house, but she won't come to me. She does eat her food I leave out for her, but so far, I haven't been able to get her in the trap. Of course that is no fault of this nice trap, I just haven't figured out the perfect method to use it to catch my lost baby.
