Die Bestellung war einfach und die Lieferung war schnell. Es lag eine Anweisung für den Einbau in der Sendung, allerdings nur auf Englisch. Das Entlüften nach dem Einbau ist mir nicht gelungen, da die entsprechende Entlüfterschraube durch das Bedienfeld verdeckt ist. Der Kundendienst konnte mir erstmal nicht weiterhelfen, da er meine Anfrage an ein Spezialistenteam weitergereicht hat. Schaun mer mal

Die Pumpe macht was sie soll. Allerdings gibt sie ab ca. 8W ein pfeifendes Geräusch ab, das sich über die Rohrleitung in das ganze Haus überträgt. Wenngleich das Geäusch für den Keller OK ist, so stört es in den Lebensräumen doch erheblich. Ich habe sie wieder ausgebaut und gegen ein leises Model eines anderen Herstellers ausgetauscht.

Pumpen virker å være ok. Skal monteres over helgen. Justerer eventuelt etterbmontasjen. Grunnen til lav skår ellers er egentlig på at nok en gang opplever jeg at Mva og forenklet tollbehandling kreves. Som da medfører ekstra arbeid for å få det tilbake. Dette bør dere ordne opp i... Ellers bør dere kompensere kundene for ekstra jobben dette er også.

La pompa non ha incorporata la valvola di ritegno come non c'è nella confezione il cavetto dati mostrato in foto. La pompa funziona ma è rumorosa a basso regime di giri. Acquistate 2 e tutte e due senza valvola di ritegno senza cavetti dati.

Just installed and plugged on E3 pops immediatly but you cant get the air out of the pump if its been installed horizontally. Manual says you can install it. Not happy of the product at all.

Noto vari modelli , solo ora mi accorgo che la coibentazione non è compresa mentre in altri apparentemente uguali si . Non so capisce con che logiche si vendono i modelli senza specificare le opzioni possibili . Ho chiesto pure di comprare a parte isolamento ma non ho ricevuto risposta chiara

Hello! The pumps I purchased does not meet the parameters provided on the site. After the test I made the actual parameters are 7LPM and 0.1 M Lift. I ask for some kind of refund or a decision given by your sompany. I hope you will answer my compalint as soon as possible!

Filunzionare funzione, ma soffre di vibrazioni ad alta frequenza fastidiose che si trasmettono attraverso le tubazioni a tutta la casa. Da evitare.
